3) Astm Certified- Our premium grade covers meet the stringent requirements set for this certification. Your cover will have passed both strength and durability test to achieve this safety rating. Most covers do not qualify for this certification.
4) Steel Support- We use a 20-gauge galvanized steel C-channel to offer greater strength against sagging. It is these add touches the keeps your heating cost down.
5) Marine grade vinyl- We use a marine grade vinyl that is absolutely the very best available. Taking it a step farther we back it with a mildew resistant 100% polyester, not the common cotton most covers use. It may cost a bit more to build but it will out last them all.
6) VPB 3000™- An exclusive sealing system that creates a vapor berrier to prevent water from enter the foam cores, GUARANTEED!! The exclusive polyethylene promoting the core is 4 times more resistant to water infiltration the the 3-4 mil plastic most covers use. This means your cover with not get weighted down with water absorption.
7) Locking Tie Downs- All covers come with all mounting hardware and four locking tie downs, including a special key.
